Gee!
Such a big Heavy Duty truck, I'd hope it could carry that much weight.

I'll tell you trick though, if your carring maximum weight load it more forward, until it is as least centered over the rear axle.

I once had the back of my 1976 Ford E-150 van filled SOLID with pressure treated Railroad ties (the kind you use in a garden) about 4000+ pounds, plus 3 people, close to 2 1/2 tons total, I'm sure. the E-150 was a half ton van. No problems, only time I ever saw noticable spring deflection, though. The van spent it's whole life carring motocycles and towing my boat.

Some american half-tons pickups were only rated to carry 666 pounds in the bed, I know, however. But the Toyota sould do a least as well as my old Van, properly loaded. The van cost $5,950 though, top that!
