I'll try and walk you through this
1. Click on the 'Photo Gallery' link in the header.
2. Once you are in the gallery page click on 'My Albums'.
3. Click 'Create New Album'
4. Fill in the name and description
5. You should see your album and then directly across from that click 'Upload Photos'
6. Click browse and select the photo that is saved on your computer (this is not an image link).
7. Once you click ok it should take you back to your gallery and show you your image
