I'm ready to buy a 08 Crewmax. I've been with Ford for many years and keep my trucks in excellent shape. I tend to keep them longer because they always hold up. I can no longer stand them being behind in power and inovations, but I have been reading a lot about quality issues with the tailgates and poor paint jobs. There have been reports of paint chipping and scratching easily, as well as thin body metal. I'm sold on the Tundra looks,power and immenities, but I'm really concerned about these issues. I don't want a truck that looks 10 years old before it's reached it's warranty. Should I have concerns?
