What is the trailer you are towing? If you are concerned about the c-channel on the truck, forget about it. Most trucks have been c-channel for a long time and had no problems. The concern is if the trailer tongue is c-channel. The way the leverage works with the WDH, c-channel is much more likely to be damaged. Will it work, maybe, but do you want to ruin a new trailer trying to find out?
