Unhappy I Need a Solution to the "ROUGH RIDE"

I bought my new 2007 double cab Tundra 5.7 three days ago (standard bed). I love the truck and it blows away my old Chevy as far as power. The problem I have ran into, is that when I drive the truck on the concrete portion of the highway, it rides so rough it shakes you everywhere. I have read other forums and one person stated add some weight to the bed and another suggested to put 30-33 psi in the tires. Does anyone have a real solution that will actually work? I Love the Tundra and want to brag on it but it truly does ride horrible on the concrete portion of the highway. It rides great on asphalt !!! It has 18 inchs tires on it. PLEASE HELP...
