I don't know of any Sat rx radio that would be directly compatible with any stock radio (save for an AUX input or FM modulator).
I recently purchased a Roady XT and I'm using it in the AUX port. Works fine. There is the XM passport which is a chip (a card really) that has the radio serial number on it. You activate that one chip and move it from radio to radio. The Nexus 25 & 50 use it and there are some car kits and home kits that will use it as well. Unfortunately there is not a Toyota interface for it yet.
