I installed the Toyota backup camera system in my CM. The camera goes in the tailgate and the monitor replaces your sunglasses holder in the overhead console. The monitor folds down when in use and folds away when not - very clean. Its a little pricey, but worth the expense IMHO. Installs in 45 minutes; skill level - EASY. I have a Garmin C580 for my GPS. When fitting the monitor I took the opportunity to hard wire the GPS and radar in to the overhead console. The C580 has a traffic monitoring solution that is built in to the cigarette socket power plug - I hacked it to pieces to reduce the size. To the either side of the console in the head liner is plenty of space to tuck cables, I have a moon roof but I'm sure the space in the headliner is the same on all trucks. (remember to damper them with foam to prevent rattling).
I totaled my first Tundra (5 week old and just 1,500 miles on it), so i am just about to go through all this again if you'd like me to take pictures this time I will post them. I installed my console safe, dimming mirror, power for sat nav and radar today. The backup camera should be here mid week for a weekend install.
I also ordered on of these just 5 minutes ago:

For all those in hot and sunny regions - I used a dab of aquarium sealant in the middle of my GPS and radar suction cups - no more returning to my sun baked truck and finding my electronic toys had lost suction in the heat and bounced on to the dash!
