'07 Tundra w/ slap in drive train or suspension

Just got my '07 DC w/TRD Pkg. and 4.7L engine. I've noticed that when taking off from a dead stop there is a slight thump in the floor of the truck. Feels like something is engaging in the drivetrain or the suspension is loose. It is definitely not a metallic slap. Doesn't do it all the time and it only occurs when taking off from a dead stop. It feels like it's occuring somewhere between mid-chassis to rearend. I eliminated brakes or pad hangup since I let the truck begin to roll slightly before I give it the gas. Anyone else experience this problem?
