Like I said I only done this one piece so far to get a idea on how well it hold up and how well the material was going to look once its set. I will say today noticed I need a little more glue in a few places. I had some say try super glue in some of the tight corners but I still need to test that. I think this would of been the hardest piece since the curves and cut outs. My best guess is 1.5hrs - 2 hours.

No all my switches moved without extending any wires and if memory serves me right if your going the other way your set since the wires come more from that direction.

I was actually going to get it from this one company cause of great reviews from other on other than toyota forums but they been out of stock for weeks to months, so I found a guy on ebay offering what looks to be the same stuff so I figured I try it first and see if it looks good. I will PM you the link since I actually end up buying from the seller direct via paypal and he shipped very quickly. I also found anothe source that looks real promising for just 12.00 or so a yard which is better than my last 35.00 a yard price I got.
