I got $2500 rebate incentive. I also traded in my 2001 Isuzu Trooper that was paid off ($5k). I also paid $100 over invoice on my Tundra. But, I don't know how much my Tundra is worth. Kelley Blue Book doesn't have enough info to give a value. That is what should be used to determine upside-down (owing more than your truck is worth).
