Well yea, I do think there is a flaw in the suspension, and obviously I'm not alone here. If the spring rate is so great as to overcome the dampening ability of the shock, I think that's a problem. Homedawg, I see your into motorcycles, mostly off-road. I ride too mostly street/track, from KZ900's thru to a TL1000R with a lot track time thrown in. If we experienced this in our riding, would we not adjust the forks/shocks, pull the suspension apart, change springs/dampners, and/or whatever to get the ride that best suits our individual riding styles. Again, I'm not flaming Toyota, this is an amazing truck, but I do believe they may have missed something in the suspension (spring/shock rates). I just hope they find a quick, easy, and relatively painless (read $$$) solution to this.
