Same experience here. From the factory, my tires were at 42psig. Reset to 30 front and 33 rear and was much better. When pulling a trailer the ride is even better. Reduce your tire pressure and see what happens. If you are still bummed by the highway ride, buy one of those flat truckbed weights. I think they weight about 400lbs and lay flat so you can still use your bed and will make the truck ride smoother.
