I have the same issue that the dealer cannot figure out or "replicate". I have another appointment with them in the morning so the mechanic can drive with me so he can hear it himself. I was thinking that it was due to the 3inch daystar leveling kit, but the installer is puzzled as well. But at least he heard the noise and retightened everything. I've crawled underneath that beast on multiple ocassions tightening/loosening bolts and inspecting everything but cannot figure it out. Hopefully the dealer will be able to hear something. They plan on putting microphones on the suspension to isolate where the "click" is coming from. On ocassion, you can feel the click as well as hear it.
