NO! Well, sorta, it installs no problem, but the bolts that they send to attach the rails to the lowering brackets are too big and you cannot move your cleats up and down the rails. They get locked in between the bolts. I'm going to fix this by buying some stainless flat head bolts (the kind you would have to use an allen wrench to tighten---they sit flush tho!!!!!) and changing em out with what BAKflip sends.
Other than that, install is easy and mine barely even leaks. (a tiny bit at the corners)
