When i worked recon at a car dealer we used razor blades to get hair out. Thats if it was in the seat first just use a latex glove and rub out what you can. Sometimes the glove gets it all but it depends on the hair. No one thing will work for all breeds...............Its a pain in the ass!!! and takes forever but it works good
