I found for me, the best solution is to buy that foam upholstery cleaner stuff (any part store will have it) then use a stiff plastic bristle hand brush to scrap away at the seats with the foam, and bring up the dog hair. Keep cleaning that brush off as you go, then after seats dry, shop vac up the stragglers which should no be on top of the seat and not intertwined in the fabric.
