Question: I will check my tire weights first, but in the case of needing a brake upgrade, is it possible to go with a bigger caliper without a new set of rims and tires? I only have the I.S.A. TRD 16” rims (yes I said 16” rims ) and the clearance is very minimal.
Also what tire pressure do you go with… My TRD sticker on the inside of my driver side door say to fill front tire to 37psi, and 42psi in the rear tire… My tires on the other hand call out a different pressure all together. What pressure should I follow? I’ve driven with both scenarios and get the same outcome with the vibrations?

Ironman, go back to post #6 and go from there. Upgraded calipers will fit the 16" wheels. Sounds like your rotors are warped, if they're over a couple of years old buy new ones. Be sure and talk to a Toyota service writer and get all the info you can from him regarding the first gen Tundra front brake issue and if he doesn't want to give info over the phone call another dealer.
