Click the "QUICK LINKS" Link towards the top of the page
and on the drop down select SIGNATURE
there you can either edit your signature
or off to the left you can click "EDIT AVATAR" and upload an image

Thanks for the info, I had no idea what the word AVATAR meant, so thanks for clearing that up. I now have a picture up there !!!!!!!!
