I pulled about 10,000 lbs (Case Backhoe with trailer) with my Dodge Dakota rated for 5,000 lbs. Advisable? definitely not. Did it make it to where I was going? Yes it did. So I would say that while the Tundra can pull 13,000 lbs, it's not rated for it and probably not advisable and yes you could even get a ticket for exceeding the GVWR of your vehicle if you were stopped and checked. For years I pulled 5,000 lbs with my Dakota until it finally blew up on the interstate and that was the reason I bought my Tundra...( I won't ever have another transfer case rebuilt at any place like AAMCO). My two cents.
