Very odd noise, 4.7L
Recently I have noticed a very strange vibration/harmonic sound coming from the engine area at very light part throttle situations. It started a couple of weeks ago very sporadicly and now is doing it frequently. It sounds like something is vibrating very fast under the hood near the firewall and only at a very specific point where the throttle is open. This is the 4.7 V8. Was wondering if anyone else has encountered this. It is extremely annoying and I am hoping the dealer will be able to figure this one out.
