303 is pretty good for most plastic interior parts. It does a great job of protecting against UV, which will break down plastic components. It also has a pretty flat finish when applied, so it won't reflect off your windshield much, like Armor All and other products can.
I've used 303 on every vehicle I have owned for the past 5 or 6 years, and it really does keep things looking nice.
