(dam title errors..)
well trying to get new wheels and tires keeping the cost low has been very difficult. The stock michelins (255/70 R18) are good quality tires for my needs, which is mostly city/highway but they look like donuts in this truck I want to get rid of the steel wheels as well.
I want a decent good looking tire (agressive looking) and I want 18s (I decided on the Gear Alloy 712 injector black). After searching around for so long I am thinking on getting the BF Goodrich Rugged Trail T/A 275/70 18R.
The diameter of my wheels will change from 32.1 to 33.2 . I like the look of this tire and its price.
I am not willing to pay $250++ for all terrain tires, which I wont really use like many of yuo do
I am aware this is the same tire that comes with the off road package (just bigger) and I want to know if these are good tires? am I improving my truck or wasting my money here?
will my mpg be affected greatly?
one of my friends told me that I am wasting my money and that I should keep the brand new michelins but I hate the way they look.

I bet those suckers will last forever, don't think I can wait that long without new shoes...lol
I really need some input guys.....
thanks in advance
