Fireball,

This is exactly what mine was doing. A little bump in the drivetrain when taking off from a dead stop. New driveshaft, no more problem. The problem didn't get better with mileage, but got considerably worse. I belive that the clearances on the spline of the driveshaft were bad from the factory on my first driveshaft. I would go to your dealer and ask them to swap driveshafts with a new truck and see if the problem goes away. That's what I had to do to get anything done.
