I am still talking to the dealer, but they still have not admitted to a paint problem and I am not sure they ever will. I sent an email to
Toyota Help and they contacted me a few days later. They had me go back and talk to the service manager, but he cannot do anything for me. He said his has scratches to, but would not admit it is a problem..... anyway, now I have an appointment with the Toyota rep in a couple of weeks. I will let you know if I get any where with him... I am not hoping for much though.....
