It's a 20min job to do it yourself. Don't even need a lift, but you really should have a torque wrench to make sure you get everything tightened properly. Not sure how well it would work if you have a lift installed, though. Sway bars will limit your suspension travel. May or may not be an issue for you.

We have the bars installed on both of our Tundras and the handling difference is very noticeable. Do a search for "sway bar" and you'll find a lot of info on this subject.
