Basically, these are the Audiovox "terk" standard components. I'm not sure if the JBL adapter will work with the JBL radio in the 08 Tundra...as I don't know what model that radio is.

You should be able to buy the exact same XM kit that Toyota installs @ Crutchfield.com I seen it on there. All you should have to do is plug it in to the back of the stereo, run the antenna, and the ground wire.
